PAYMENT |

| Individuals |
|
A deposit of US$750 per person, non-refundable, non-transferable, is required within 10 days of confirmation. |

|
Balance is due 90 days prior to departure. |
| |
|
| Group/Charter |
|
A deposit of US$3,000, non-refundable, non-transferable, is required within 10 days of confirmation. |
| |
|
A second deposit of US$4,500 is due within 180 days prior to the departure. |
|
Balance is due 120 days prior to the departure. |

| LATE BOOKINGS |
|
Individual bookings made within 90 days before the tour, full payment is due at the time of the reservation. |
| |
|
Group bookings made between 179 and 121 days before the arrival, the first deposit of US$3,000 plus the second deposit of US$4,500 = US$7,500 is due at the time of the reservation. |

After the deposit is received all amendments or revisions will be subject to a $75.00 per person handling fee. |

MODE OF PAYMENT
Our preferred method is wire transfer. If you are paying by wire you are entitled to a 4% rebate of the total invoice value. We do accept payment by Visa, Masters and AMEX. However, no rebate will apply in this case and full invoice value is due. |

We strongly recommend that all divers have adequate insurance protection whilst on holiday covering Cancellation or Curtailment up to the holiday cost, Medical and Emergency Expenses, Baggage and Personal Effects, Baggage Delay, Money and airline tickets, Diving Accidents, Personal Accident, Personal Liability, Missed Departure, Legal Expenses, and Loss of Passport. |
